ELECTRO-TECHNICAL RATING (ETR)

PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT

Examination & Assessment Division (EAD) of MARINA STCWO

ENTRY REQUIREMENT: Candidates should have not less than 12


months of seagoing service, on ships powered by main propulsion
machinery of 750 kW propulsion power or more, within the last 60
months (5 years) prior to 31 December 2016.

ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATE: Certificate of Assessment shall be


released by the EAD upon submission of the original Practical
Assessment Permit.
A candidate who satisfactorily passed the assessment shall be allowed to
apply for issuance of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) as ETR
