 Rule 1 – Guiding Principles: Us citizens have roles that we must act on for the

benefit of the country especially the youth who will bring our country in the future.

 Rule 2 – Definition of Terms: It defines various NSTP like programs that aims to

aid student, most especially the youth to become better members of the society

 Rule 3 – Program Implementation: This portion iterates the guidelines in

implementing various programs in order to meet perfection and gradually

allowing program takers to have a smooth experience upon take up.

 Rule 4 – Fees and Incentives: Proper Incentives is given to takers of the

program, including government or university grants, protection and insurance are

also imposed upon the students.

 Rule 5 – Organization of NSTP Graduates: Graduates of the program will be

relatively relevant in the governments future endeavor, allowing them to directly

aid the state in times of need.

 Rule 6 – Miscellaneous Provision: Proper certification will be given to students for

hard work and determination, to encourage more program takers information

dissemination will be done by various government agency to different platforms
