GLOBAL WARMING

Global warming is the increase of the earth’s temperature due to the

increasing amounts of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

The burning of fossil fuels like oil and coal causes greenhouse gases such
as Carbon Dioxide to escape into the earth and act like a warm blanket
over the earth.

There are some changes happening because of global warming:

-Sea level is rising

-some animals are moving to new homes because their natural habitat is
disappearing.
-There may be more storms and floods.
- sea level may rise so much that people have to move away from the
coasts.
-Some areas may become too dry for farming.

One way to reduce global warming is:

- to use more public transports

- to reduce the cutting down of trees
- factories should put less carbon dioxide into the air
- to use renewable energies
