ABOUT NTU SINGAPORE
Young and research-intensive, Nanyang Technological
University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) is placed 13th
globally and 1st among the world’s best young

rankings). It has 33,000 undergraduate and
postgraduate students in engineering, business,
science, humanities, arts, social sciences, education
and medicine. The NTU Smart Campus is frequently

(equivalent to LEED-certified) building projects
comprising more than 230 buildings, of which 95% are
certified Green Mark Platinum. Besides its main

ABOUT NTC
Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC), is a
multi-disciplinary centre created to be the focal point of
technopreneurship development for the region.
Established in 2001, NTC equips students with
necessary entrepreneurship knowledge and skills
through the Master of Science Technopreneurship
and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) for
postgraduates, Minor in Entrepreneurship Programme
(MiE) and various entrepreneurship electives for
undergraduates, Entrepreneurship Development
Programmes (EDP) for executives and external
students and a plethora of other entrepreneurship
events and activities.

A REVOLUTIONARY
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
PROGRAMME
The MSc TIP focuses on educating and nurturing leaders for the entrepreneurship ecosystem, through academic
knowledge acquisition, entrepreneurial mindset cultivation, and business skillset development. It empowers participants
to be competent in leveraging technology advancements to create social and economic value for the society.

Emphasising experiential learning, MSc TIP integrates the knowledge of emerging technologies and innovative business
models and practices into its curriculum. The course covers strategic and operational issues of entrepreneurial ventures
at their different growth stages. Participants have opportunities to engage with various stakeholders in the
entrepreneurship ecosystem throughout the programme. Many graduates have benefitted from the programme and
transformed their entrepreneurial ideas into successful ventures.

focus on three areas: Entrepreneurship Practice, New Venture
Financing, and Entrepreneurship Policy for students to develop
knowledge and skills for different roles in the entrepreneurship
ecosystem. Each student is required to take 3 out of 6 electives based on
their interest.
