Dear All
 
We welcome you all for GME 09 course.
 
Every Maritime Training Institute has to undergo “ Comprehensive Inspection
plan”(CIP) by D G Shipping authorized Recognized Organizations ( RO) annually. 
 
TSR will undergo such inspection shortly and we have to keep our all records up-to-
date.
 
All  Admission process will be checked and all originals will be checked against D G
Shipping requirements laid down for Admission for each course.
 
Hence you are requested to send your  following “ORIGINAL Certificates” to us by  “
BLUE DART”  courier Only.
 
We have ensured that “ BLUE DART couriers are far more reliable than others , so far
Originals sent by our BSc ( NS) & DNS cadets have reached us without any problems.
 
Kindly forward following originals by Blue Dart
 

1)  10th Mark sheet

2) School Leaving Certificate
3) 12th Mark sheet or Diploma Certificate  if you have taken lateral admission in 2nd
year of engineering
4) ALL 8 semester certificates  ( 6 semester certificates for Diploma holders).
5) Medical checkup report by D G Approved doctor to whom you approached for
medical
6) Following Forms – in Originals
      (i) Annexure 1 – Undertaking by Parents
      (ii) Annexure 2 – Letter from Engineering college ( if not received we will send
verification letter to the college)
      (iii) Annexure 3 –Parent or Guardians consent form
      (iv) Police Verification letter  for MDL Training
7) Recent Passport size colour photographs – 15 nos. (In White Shirt, White
background) looking straight in Camera
    Dimensions 3.5 cm x 4 cm. Caps, Hats, dark glasses are not acceptable. Clean
shaven, short hair and no beard.
     However Sikhs are permitted with headgear and beard.
 
8) For Training & Assessment Record (TAR) book , which will be given to each one of
you to keep record of your training in TSR campus and MDL,
     ( you have submit this to D G shipping while appearing for MEO Cl IV part B
exams)
    Attached form to be completed with photograph and all other details.

9) The courier must be addressed to
