NOTICE OF RESUMPTION OF WORKS

In view of the approved Recommendation dated 9 February 2021, GRIMIT

LABORATORY FURNITURES AND EQUIPMENT CORPORATION is hereby ordered
to resume the necessary works under the procurement project entitled “Supply,
Delivery and Installation of Laboratory Tables and Chairs” covered by P.O. No. B-
20-12-0021.

Also, GRIMIT is hereby required to complete the necessary works within forty
(40) days from the receipt of this Notice. Otherwise, liquidated damages may be
imposed on account of delays to be incurred, as well as, other administrative sanctions
provided for by law.
