Employee Referral Program

At VMD, We Hire Game Changers and We Succeed Together. We want YOU to help us hire
more Game Changers to join our teams. VMD encourages employees to refer candidates for
consideration. When you refer a candidate and they are hired, if both you and your referral
are with VMD for 120 days after the referral starts, you will earn the Employee Referral
Bonus (ERB). Awards are paid through payroll and are subject to tax withholding.

Oh, and you’ll help us grow this awesome company!

ERB amounts are determined by function and position type.

 $3,000.00 for Full-Time IT or Project Management Hires (except Helpdesk)

 $1,000.00 for Full-Time TSA Security Services, Corporate Hires, and Helpdesk Hires
 $500 for any Part-Time Hires

So how do you do refer someone? It’s REALLY SIMPLE and there are many ways to do it.

First, you must tell your friends, family, former colleagues, or anyone else you can think of
about VMD and the great work we do here. You can post our positions on social media and
broadcast that we are hiring Game Changers. After you do this, there’s a lot of options to get
credit for the Employee Referral and subsequent bonus. We try to make this as simple as
possible. No red tape.

1. Have them apply online to any position on our www.vmdcorp.com/join-vmd page and
have them put YOUR name in the “Were you referred by a VMD employee?” box. It
looks like this on the application. This is probably our favorite way, but there’s other
options.

2. Send your referrals resume to recruiting@vmdcorp.com. We’ll put the candidate in

Jobvite for you and attach your name to the referral.

3. Have your referral send us their resume to recruiting@vmdcorp.com, but they need to
give us their name.

Remember the most important thing you can do in all of this is tell people about all the
Game Changing things we do for our clients, the public and each other. If you do that, the
rest will take care of itself, and you can help grow this company.
