Less Turnover & Faster Hiring
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conducted a study in recent years
that analyzed data from approximately 14 million applicants. The results showed that
Employee referrals delivered more than 30% of overall hires showing that referrals
remain the top source for talent.
In general…
• Referrals stay longer meaning less turnover and more consistency on the team.
• Positions are filled faster at VMD when a referral under consideration.
The interview to hire ratio for non-referrals is 5:1 and average time to fill is 40
days
The interview to hire ratio for referrals is 2:1 and average time to fill is less than
25 days
For TSO applicants the average time to fill is different then
Cooperate/Governments Services roles at VMD Corp

Additional Income:

• 3,000 for ALL full-time billable employees (except Transportation Security


Officers)

• $1,000 for ALL Full-time non-billable employees (i.e. Corporate hires)

• $1,000 for Full-time Transportation Security Officers

• $500 for Part-time employees

Bonuses are paid after Referral has completed 120 calendar days of employment and
Referrer AND Employee Referee must be actively employed by VMD during bonus
date. Bonus amounts are based on the status of the referral at the time of initial hire.

2. Referral will type YOUR NAME when applying (shown in image below)

3. If the referral types your name, we will be tracking this person as a referral from you.

• You will qualify if your referral submits a General Application and is then placed and hired
against a position
