Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conducted a study in recent years
that analyzed data from approximately 14 million applicants. The results showed that
Employee referrals delivered more than 30% of overall hires showing that referrals
remain the top source for talent.

The interview to hire ratio for non-referrals is 5:1 and average time to fill is 40
days
The interview to hire ratio for referrals is 2:1 and average time to fill is less than
25 days

Additional Income:
Bonuses are paid after Referral has completed 120 calendar days of employment and
Referrer AND Employee Referee must be actively employed by VMD during bonus
date. Bonus amounts are based on the status of the referral at the time of initial hire.
