INTRODUCTION

Exam Management System (EMS) is the all-in-one solution for managing exams at institutions. Exam
Management is an integral part of any academic institution. The Exam Processing is full of variety in
functionality as the examination is the ultimate method of the evaluation of the student in the
education system.

Exam Management System manages examination work and conduct that has to be executed before
the start of the examination process. With the use of Exam Management System; examination
management related arrangements like time-table, hall tickets, allotments and attendance sheets
can be organized efficiently.

OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the Examination Management System are as follows:

To manages all the information about Examination Papers, Student Data.

To generate report of examination in pdf/doc file.

Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource
management of Examination data.

Manage the information of Courses

Can export the report into csv format for Examination,Branch,Session

Provide filter reports on Marks,Courses,Session

The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is
guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to
reduce the manual work for managing the Examination, Branch, Student, Marks. It tracks
all the details about the Marks,Courses,Students.

Exam Management System for Marks based and Grade based System :

The system is able to handle large volumes of data with proper backup. It permits multiple users.
This module can configure end number of colleges, courses, mediums of instruction, subjects of
various courses and types of examination. Users are:

In the era of 21st century, the information and technology have completely changed the foundation
of Education System in Schools / Colleges / Universities. With the evolution of human existence,
there is tremendous change in the education. There are so many things to consider, the objectives of
education, structured curriculum, How assessment strategies work?, What kind of technology and
infrastructure is used? and How the leadership and their policies will guide the students in attaining
education goals?

It is designed as an efficient tool which helps the teachers in Exam planning, creating Exam papers,
Question Banks with their solutions, Exam Time-table, Exam results, allocating the Exam supervisors
and teachers to check the student's paper. Institutes can take in-house exams and also can
customize the marks or grade based exams. This system provides all the details on single platform,
which enables better study environment and transparency in the institute .

CONCLUSION
In this paper we have presented a secure e-exam management system. We have reviewed all
exam stages and we have identified the different security properties that every exam stage
must satisfy. Such information has allowed us to define a system based on different
cryptographic pro tocols that offer a high security level for all exam stages. Moreover, the
scheme has been implemented in, in order to test its functionality and some implementation
details have been presented. However, the proposed system assumes that in the setting up
stage, students hold the exam in a supervised environment. Further research should be di-
rected to allow students to hold exams in a less restricted environment
