1. How easy or difficult was it to select the adjectives to
describe yourself? Why?
On a scale of 1-10, I would say the difficulty level of selecting the adjectives to describe myself is 6. This is because I try to always reflect, re-evaluate myself, and identify my traits. That's why I found it kind of easy to select the adjectives that best describe me. In selecting them, I also did not let other people's perception of me influence the way how I see and know myself.
How easy or difficult was it to select the adjectives to describe your team members? Why?
On a scale of 1-10, I would say the difficulty level of selecting the adjectives to describe my team members is 9. It's difficult because we're only freshmen, we've only known each other for a few months so far, and most of all, we haven't had any interactions in person yet, so our bond is not that deep yet. Though we've had conversations through chat and introduced ourselves, it's still hard to perceive them. 1. After comparing feedback, what were you surprised by?
After comparing feedback, I was surprised with the adjectives they gave me, because they mostly fell under the hidden window. There were only three adjectives that fell under the public window. 2. What can you do to reduce your Blind Spot and/or Facade, and move those traits into your Arena instead?
The thing that I can do to reduce my Blind Spot and/or Facade is to constantly reflect on myself and communicate with the people around me, ask them what they think about me so that I'd be more aware about the things that I don't know about myself but are known to them. 3. How can you apply what you learned about you and your teammates to improve collaboration?
I can apply what I learned about myself and teammates to improve our collaboration by identifying their strengths and weaknesses, knowing where they are good at and assigning them to tasks that are suitable for them and that can help them grow as individuals.
