Activity 1. Complete the diagram below, a.) describe what is a survey and
enumerate (b,c,d) and describe the three steps in conducting a survey.

a. Survey is a method of gathering information from a


sample of people, traditionally with the intention of
generalising the results to a larger population. Surveys
provide a critical source of data and insights for nearly
everyone engaged in the information economy, from
businesses and the media to government and academics.

b. Decide on a four or five option survey question. Then make


a tally chart having its heading and appropriate title.

c. Conduct a survey then tally all the answers.

d. Count the answers marking the item having the least to the
greatest tallies. Then make a graphic representation of the
results.
Activity 2.
Ask each member of your family to rank their favorite home quarantine activities
according to the frequency of engaging in it. Number them 1,2,3,4,5. (Please follow the
given example below. You may add another column to activities not listed below. Answers
may vary)

Types of Survey Description


Questionnaire
1. Open-Ended Questions that allow
