AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, ALLAN SALCEDO GOMEZ SUAREZ JR., Filipino and a resident of

Hanopol Norte Municipality of Balilihan, Bohol, after having been sworn to
in accordance with law, do hereby and deposes and states:

1. That I personally know the accused, DIONISITO D. BUNTOD, since

he is an acquaintance and a “Multi-Cab” driver in Cortes myself.

2. That I personally know the prosecution witness, DIONISIO LIBUTAN,

since he is a frequent passenger in the “Multi-Cab” that I drive.

3. That the said prosecution witness is known to abuse his privileges as

a Person With Disability (PWD) by not paying the proper fare set by
the rules. In fact, there are times that the prosecution witness would
not pay his fare at all.

4. That the truthfulness and veracity of the allegations made by the

prosecution witness DIONISIO LIBUTAN is highly contestable and
outright questionable since he is notorious among our co-“Multi-Cab”
drivers for not paying the proper fare designated by the rules and for
 abusing his privileges as a Person With Disability (PWD). In fact,
upon hearing that he filed a case against my co-driver DIONISITO D.
BUNTOD, a considerable number of “Multi-Cab” drivers in Cortes
initiated a signature campaign to clear the name of DIONITO D.
BUNTOD and expose the abusive practices of DIONSIO LIBUTAN
against the “Multi-Cab” drivers in Cortes.

In witnesess whereof, we have hereunto set our hand this ____day

of February, 2021 at Hanopol Norte Municipality of Balilihan, Bohol, Bohol
Philippines.
