Record the date you were physically active, the activity in which you participated,
and the total time you spent participating in the activity.
EXAMPLE:
The specific fitness component that i want to improve is playing more soccer. I
want to play more soccer because i want to get better at it.
2. How will you change each of your activities over time so your fitness level will
increase?
Instead of running I'll start to jog and then run. For soccer i start to play it more often so i
can get better at it.
4. Some friends request you hang out with them at a time you have scheduled
to get outdoors and be active. How will you handle the situation?
How I would handle this situation is I'll tell them that I've already scheduled
something and ask them if we can hangout another time.
