Annual Student Goal One: By the end of Quarter 2, 50% of seniors who are failing their core
Outcome Goal classes at Oyler School who participate in the WhyTry Group will increase their
grades from failing to passing.

Goal Two: By the end of Quarter 2, seniors who are failing their core classes at
Oyler School who participate in the WhyTry Group will increase their virtual class
attendance by 50% from 10% of classes attended to 60% of classes attended.

intervention. This will be measured pre-/post-intervention with the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale.
2. Students will demonstrate ability to apply media and technology skills through increased
attendance which signals engagement in virtual learning as measured in outcome data.
3. Students will demonstrate self-motivation and self-direction to learning through achieving
increased grades in core classes as measured in outcome data.
