DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Besides having the company Code of Ethics and Performance Appraisal, the company gives
utmost important to work safety that a compliance regulation may directly affect the work status of the
employee. SAFETY FIRST applies.
1. Verbal warning
The immediate superior or QAS officer will call the attention of the employee and warn him for not
following safety rules and regulation. Inform him/her that it is official warning and that it will be
recorded.
2. Written warning
3. Suspension
An employee can be suspended from work if a grave offense or safety violation was committed,
and such act put himself or his team in an imminent danger to life and health.
4. Dismissal
An employee can be terminated from work if a repetitive offense or Safety Violation was
committed, and such act put himself or his team in an immediately dangerous to life and health
situation.

NOTE: Any Violation committed above may be grounds for direct Suspension or
Termination depending on the severity of the offense.
