Reflect on what I learned:
“Health is wealth, after learning arnis exercise and basic stances I feel that I gain more
understanding about the importance of exercises and body conditioning that will help to
improve my health condition by means of arnis as a form of exercise.
Arnis provides good health benefits like improving my balance and posture. Discipline,
confidence and patience while I am filming my video then I figure out as time goes through I am
improving the coordination of my body as I execute the stances.
The basic stances of arnis also made me realize that exercise does not just revolves in
jogging, boxing, volleyball and etc., it only proves that our ancient exercise can also provide
exactly the same health benefits as the typical exercise that we are using nowadays. So I guess
we must bring back the liveness of this exercise by practicing it in our lives.
