interesting topic. Through the knowledge gained in this module we were able to

the cost, scope and time of the project and identify the constraints and
deliverables of the project. As a civil engineers we have to deal with lots of
projects so this module helped us in becoming more competent as an engineer.

2. Summary:
We came to know about numerous topics in this course. In an organization it is important
to be good in technical skills as well as managerial skills. In the courses we learned
during graduation we became efficient in our technical area but we were not introduced
to the managerial aspects of an organization. This course helped us in gaining insight of
the managerial aspects and how to competent as a manager in an organization. We were

entrepreneur and start our own startup, I think we have gained all the basic knowledge
that we need through this course

3. Favorite Topic:
My favorite topic of this course was leadership. I liked the how we were taught the
important aspects of leadership with the help of case studies. I think I leant the most from
this module because of the way how case studies were taught. I am not a good leader but
through what I have leant in this module, I have certainly progressed a lot
