and is to move X-Axis left and right, and Y-Axis move in and out is ‘Pg Up’ and ‘End’ from key-board.
Refer to the picture, move the X and Y-Axis to the centre and then move down the Z-Axis until touch to the
work piece or ‘Collision’ alarm appear. To set the Z-Axis position, click ‘Set Z-coord’.

-After click ‘Set Z-coord’, key-in ‘0’ for the Z datum. Click ‘Accept’ to confirm the datum setting.
-Next is X-Axis datum. Same as Z-Axis, move down the Z-Axis and then move X-Axis until ‘Collision’ Alarm
appear. Click ‘Set X-coord’ to set X-Axis datum.

-Because of the tool diameter is 5mm, so we need to key-in tool radius -2.5mm to X-Axis coordinate. Then
click ‘Accept’ to confirm the datum setting.
-Last setting is Y-Axis. Same as X and Z-Axis, move the Y-Axis until ‘collision’ alarm appear, and then click ‘Set
Y-coord’ for the Y-Axis datum setting.
