GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: This activity is done by group. The leader should divide the tasks to all
members and all members should unanimously approve the answers. Use this format to answer, do
not create different format aside from this. Just edit your answers. Only the leader or the assistant
leader should submit this. Only one submission per group. The leader will grade each member using
the Leader’s Grading Sheet which can be found in the Materials folder. Leaders wait for my
