उपिोक्त ववषर् के संदभा में, इंजीननर्रिंग, र्ांत्रिक, संकेत, परिचालन, त्रबजली, वाणिज्र्, ववभाग तथा वरि. मण्डल र्ांत्रिक इंजीननर्ि(डीजल) वटवा, एवं
वरि. मण्डल र्ांत्रिक इंजीननर्ि(डीजल) साबिमती, क्षेत्रिर् प्रबन्धक गांधीधाम, इन सभी शाखा के सभी अधधकारिर्ों व पर्ावेक्षकों औि संिक्षा
ववभाग के अधधकारिर्ों एवं संिक्षा सलाहकािों के मलए माह फिविी-2021 का मामसक संिक्षा अमभर्ान 07 ददनों के मलए ददनांक 11.02.21 से
17.02.21 तक चलार्ा जाना है ।

1 To check & ensure whether inspections are carried out by SSE / SE / JE of the Engineering department Engineering
as per Schedule.

2 To check and ensure whether proper maintenance of equipment is being carried out as per schedule Mechanical,
and all necessary certificates are available in pantry car and necessary precautions being taken to avoid Electrical,
any fire incidence in pantry car, passenger coaches & diesel fuelling installation. Commercial

3 a) To Check for the proper driving skill, Calling out signals by Loco Pilots. Electrical,
b) To check to ensure whether LP/ALP are whistling intermittently right from W/L board till crossing of Mechanical
LC gate.

4 Check and ensure that all necessary checks are carried out by JE / SE / SSE in EMU shed, Electric loco Electrical
shed & Train lighting depots.

5 To check and ensure that proper laid down procedure is being followed for opening & closing of relay S&T
rooms and ensure that the opening and closing of Relay Room contact is connected with Data Logger.
Reason is recorded clearly for opening of Relay room.

6 Check that precautions are followed and written memo is being given to driver when movement was S&T, Operating
cancelled through ERRB by ASM. And To check whether Zebra painting on infringed signal is provided
and blanking of ladder is done.

7 To check and ensure whether proper maintenance of equipment is being carried out as per schedule Mechanical,
and all necessary certificates are available in pantry car and necessary precautions being taken to avoid Electrical,
any fire incidence in pantry car, passenger coaches & diesel fuelling installation. Commercial

8 To check & ensure that on duty ASM/SM/Dy.SS/SS is following proper procedure in case of emergency Operating
operation like RRBU, COGGB, ERRB,EBPU etc. And ensure the correction slips in all rule books are
available and pasted.

9 To check and ensure that no any explosive inflammable material / Goods / Parcel / Road vehicle are Commercial
accepted for booking and all Road vehicles do not carry any amount of Petrol in their tank.
