This certificate acknowledges that the above package as define, has been erected/assembled in full accordance
with design and vendor drawings and has been inspected, tested, completed and pre-commissioned except as
shown in the attach exception list. All outstanding work is defined in the attached punch list or noted below. This
package will be under control of commissioning group upon acceptance.

Summary of remaining items to be completed as follows:

We hereby agree that the above system as define, fully complies with the requirement of CONSTRUCTION
COMPLETION. This certificate documents the transfer of care, custody and control of the system to the
OWNER.
The system is now safe and ready for commissioning activities to begin.
