finish of Oil Bound Distemper (of approved make) with brush /
spray / roller (as approved by EIC) with one coat of primer and
one coats of putty application, cleaning, surface preparation
of plastered / RCC walls, columns, ceiling with sand papering
and approved colour/shade of approved make etc. complete.
The rate shall include works at all heights, all locations and all
1 levels and members of all shapes and sizes , steel double-
legged scaffolding with proper working platform, covering and
protecting of switch plates , fixtures, door frames , shutters,
windows , floor etc. at all locations including all consumables,
manpower, any other resources and painting of pattas, strips,
grooves , cornices etc. complete and to the complete
satisfaction of Architect / Engineer-in-charge. Mode of
measurement- Only Surface area shall be measured for
payment.

3 WHITE WASHING
Providing and applying three coats of White wash with
approved colour pigment for below mentioned areas or any
other location using approved materials, prepared, applied
and finished as per manufacturer's recommendations

platform, protection of floor , frames ,shutter etc. The rate
shall include work at all heights, all locations, and all levels
and for all members of all shapes and sizes, including all
consumables, manpower, any other resource, etc. complete
and to the complete satisfaction of Architect / Engineer-in-
charge. Mode of measurement- Only Surface area shall be
measured for payment

 EXTERNAL PAINTS
Cement paint (External Surface):
Providing and applying 2 coats of water proof cement paint of
exterior paint (approved colour, shade and make) finishes
with brush / spray / roller/ trowel (as approved by EIC) in one
coat of cement primer and two coats of Acrylic paint to get
desired finish over external RCC surfaces / plastered (walls,
columns,ceiling etc.) using approved materials, prepared,
applied and finished as per manufacturer's
recommendations , etc. The surface shall be thoroughly
cleaned off all mortar dropping, dirt dust, algae, fungus or
moth grease and other foreign matter of brushing and
washing ,pitting in RCC/plaster shall make good surface
imperfections such as cracks , tie patti holes etc. should be
repaired & treated with one coat of water proofing compound
. Approval of the prepared surface to be obtained before
commencement of painting work. The rate shall include work
at all heights, all locations and all levels and for all members,
all shapes and sizes ,steel double-legged scaffolding with

window glasses & frames, tracks etc., including all
consumables, manpower, any other resource, etc. complete

 Acrylic exterior paint (External Surface):
Providing and applying 100% Acrylic exterior paint (approved
colour, shade and make) finishes with brush / spray / roller/
trowel (as approved by EIC) in one coat of putty and two coats
of Acrylic paint to get desired finish over external RCC
surfaces / plastered (walls, columns, etc.) using approved
materials, prepared, applied and finished as per
manufacturer's recommendations , etc. The surface shall be

Providing and applying textured synthetic Paint (approved

trowel (as approved by EIC) in one coat of putty + one coat of
synthetic textured paint and two or more coats of Acrylic
paint to get desired finish over external RCC surfaces (walls,
columns, etc.) using approved materials, prepared, applied
and finished as per manufacturer's recommendations , etc.
The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned off all mortar
dropping, dirt dust, algae, fungus or moth grease and other
foreign matter of brushing and washing ,pitting in RCC/plaster
shall make good surface imperfections such as cracks , tie
patti holes etc. should be repaired & treated with one coat of
water proofing compound . Approval of the prepared surface

7 SRI Paint on Terrace floor

Providing and applying approved make and shade of Acrylic
HEAT REFLECTIVE paint to terrace roof level etc with solar
reflective index > 78 SRI value. Procedure involving cleaning
the roof thoroughly of any dust, dirt, oil, stains, loose debris
etc. Apply one coat primer & two coats of TherMatek heat Sqmt QRO
reflective paint as per manufactuers methodology and
specifications
