Nowadays, the issue that children are highly engaged in watching television has been
receiving a great deal of public attention. Although this concern can be attributed to a
whole host of reasons, some feasible solutions should be taken into account to address
this problem.
There are a number of reasons to explain for screen addiction in children. First, since
there are thousands of attractive entertaining shows, movies and music at diposal, they
will trigger children’s curiosity to binge- watch all day. In fact, intriguing motions and
contents on TV make children glue their eyes on, hence making them lose track of time
and forget other priorities, like studying. Second, by working with full-time schedules,
parents have no choice but to leave their children with TV for mental rewards. This
means that they fail to find enough time to play with their offspring, making children
resort to watching TV in their freetime.

However, there are also some feasible solutions to break a screen habit in children. First,
in order to reverse the trend, caregivers can provide fun alternatives for their children.
For instance, parents can take part in outdoor activities with them, like playing football,
going swimming, which will keep them entertained for hours and engage their
creativity much more than staring at TV screen. Second, if parents also set screen time
limits, they will prevent children from watching TV excessively. In fact, since children
do need clear boundaries, screen time rules, such as 20 minutes per day for this activity,
are necessary, which makes them less reliant on the virtual world, by extention, avoid the
sedentary lifestyle.

In conclusion, although children addiction on TV is a dilemma, there are not without

workable approaches to tackle it. By setting a daily limit and providing fun activities for
children, parents can make the problem to a managable level.
Many men and women are making the decision to have children later in life.
Reasons? Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In recent years, delaying parenthood has been receiving a great deal of public attention.
Although this trend is not without advantages, the downsides will be more significant.

There are a variety of reasons why couples should delay parenthood. First, since early
adulthood is an incredibly important time for career development, some will opt for
focusing on their work before having babies. In fact, with stable and well-paid jobs,
parents can support their children better, either in healthcare or education, ensuring their
well-being down the road. Second, by delaying parenthood and having fewer kids,
couples can help mitigate the effects of overpopulation. For example, China, being the
most populated nation in the world, has encouraged its citizens to give birth later and to
have only one child per household, which helps this country remain all social problems
related to overpopulation at bay.

Howver, an array of disadvantages of that trend should be taken into account. First, since
aging has a variety of negative effects on maternity, women are advised to have children
preferably before they turn 30. For example, the older a woman is when she gives birth,
the more likely it is for the baby to have congenital defects, which implies that giving
birth later in life does pose certain risks that might affect a woman’s health as well as her
baby’s health. Second, by delaying the birth of a child, parents may encounter problems
with the generation gap for their children. This means that they fail to understand their
children's minds due to the rapid change of events, especially in today's digital age, which
leads to failure to children rearing.

In conclusion, notwithstanding its benefits, delaying parenthood should not be

encouraged. Couples should consider the pros and cons before making the crucial
decision of having a baby.
