does not undertaking R&D activities directly. Communication with the company has already been undertaken.

Meeting with company on 17/12/2018. Company to update R&D/JA-1 form and information on proposed R&D activities and company
details/profile
Discussion via telephone was undertaken on 7/12/2018. Company need to submit information pertaining to its current R&D activities
including potential clients.

Various correspondence has been with company to provide additional information. A meeting was held early December to emphasize on the
information required. Company has just submitted some information on 19/12/2018
First additional information was received on 7/9/2018. A discussion was also held on 22/11/2018. Company submitted information on
17/12/2018 and the application is currently being drafted.
