ACCOUNTING RESEARCH ( FEASIBILITY STUDY) QA2-ARM

I am interested to conduct my feasibility study about selling food and beverages.

The three(3) projects/feasibility studies I wish to undertake are:

1. A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF STAND SNACK IN DALUBHASAAN NG LUNGSOD NG

LUCENA
2. A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF FOOD CART SELLING 2-IN-1 SNACK IN PEREZ PARK
3. A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF ROLLING STORE IN BARANGAY COTTA LUCENA CITY

The conditions which gave rise to my feasibility study are:

1. Our school doesn’t have its own canteen. Most of the people in our school are going out
just to buy some food. There are many stores outside but the price is not affordable for
the average student. Having a stand snack inside the campus will be more convenient
and affordable to meet the needs of students and teachers of our school. .The menu
mainly consists of chicken, ham, ham and egg and hotdog sandwiches, fishballs, kikiam,
squidballs, french fries and juices such as gulaman and pineapple juice.The said snack
stand is open Mondays through Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2. There are many passengers who transit and wait for their ride at Perez Park. They have
different destinations such as going to school, work or even at the market. Others took
10-20 minutes to get their ride. In order to meet the need to ease boredom, food and
beverages must be offered to them. The food that will be offered is 2 in 1 cup that
contains mozzarella and juice for a very affordable price.
3. Most of the main stores in Barangay Cotta Lucena City are only accessible by going
there personally. In this time of pandemic most of the kids are not allowed to go out of
their respective houses for their safety. Implementing a rolling store in Barangay Cotta
will meet the need and essential products closer to them. It will be accessible to all
while following safety protocols. The rolling store will offer snacks, candies, bread
and drinks.

Once proven feasible, implementing this study will contribute benefits and advantages to the
following:

All personnel of Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena
2. Visitors of Perez Park
Residents of Barangay Cotta
