Distribution of Worksheets & Self-Learning Modules

Date: October 3, 2020 Time: 8:00-11:00 AM

Narrative:
Mrs. Eva S. Arguelles, Curriculum Chairman of Grade 7, facilitated the
retrieval of the answer sheets and the distribution of additional worksheets with 96%
of parents attendance. It started at exactly 8:00 in the morning and ended at exactly
12:00 pm.
Mr. Jaymark Doca and Mrs. Mary Jane Valdez were the first two advisers who
sat down in the kiosk at 8:00 am.
Next, Mrs. Carmina Lesondra, Grade 7 Banaba Adviser, Ms. Marivic Olanda,
Grade 7 Kamagong adviser and Ms. Maria Joy Tibayan Grade 7 Ipil-Ipil Adviser
retrieved and distributed worksheets to the parents/guardians at 9:00 – 10:00 am.
Then, Mrs. Dayren Bawalan, Grade 7 Caballero Adviser, Mrs.Eva Arguelles,
Grade 7 Narra adviser and Ms. Arlyn Pasa Grade 7 Acacia Adviser retrieved and
distributed worksheets to the parents/guardians at 10:00 – 11:00 am.
Lastly, at 11:00 am Ms. Ara Dela Guerra, Grade 7 Molave Adviser began to
retrieve and to distribute SLMs for the next week.
All of the advisers were aided by the subject teachers of grade 7.
As a result, the week 3 & 4 distribution and retrieval of worksheets were
successfully done. This made possible through the cooperation of all Grade 7
Teachers headed by their supportive curriculum chairman who assisted untiringly
from beginning up to the end, and with the cooperation of parents.
