    English Teachers conducted FGD (Focused Group Discussion) on the
    administration of the PHIL-IRI Test to students. Mrs. Susan C. Sibulo, Key teacher,
    pointed out the process of administering the test. She stressed out that the test
    should be taken seriously and not for compliance sake .
    The meeting ended at 2:30 pm.
