AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, VIDAL SUAYBAGUIO JR., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Ormoc City,
Leyte, Philippines, after having been subscribed to an oath, depose and say:

1. That I am a tenant by mere tolerance of a certain parcel of land owned and registered
under the name of MARCOSITO O. CABAHUG married to DAISAY S. CABAHUG
covered by TCT-121-2018000014 containing an area of 10,817 square meters more or
less;

2. That I hereby, warrant and undertake that if the lawful owner will cultivate or use the
aforesaid lot I will voluntarily vacate without any demand or without disturbance
compensation or as long as the lawful owner will give voluntary disturbance
compensation;

3. That I have read all the stipulation contained herein attesting to the truth and veracity of
the same, and hereby executes this undertaking with full understanding of its effects and
consequences.

1. That I am a tenant by mere tolerance of a certain portion of land owned by MARCOSITO

O. CABAHUG married to DAISAY S. CABAHUG covered by TCT-50621 containing
an area of 4,597 square meters more or less;

2. That I hereby, warrant and undertake that if the lawful owner will cultivate or use the
aforesaid lot I will voluntarily vacate without any demand or without disturbance
compensation or as long as the lawful owner will give voluntary disturbance
compensation;

3. That I have read all the stipulation contained herein attesting to the truth and veracity of
the same, and hereby executes this undertaking with full understanding of its effects and
consequences.
