GEOGRAPHY
Paragraph:
What we know about the Islamic world is that it came from, Arabia. And that
it was called a “crossroads” location because it was in the middle of Asia Africa
and Europe. Many merchants there had many things to offer in souks, and in
routes as people went by. Thanks to trading, Arabia welcomed new ideas to other
places. It was also a pretty big help in the spread of Islam.

BEGINNINGS- how it started
Paragraph:
One day, a man named Muhammad went to a cave to pray and met the
angel Gabriel. What the angel told him to do was to recite the word of Allah,
scared, Muhammad ran from the cave and told what happened to his wife
Khadijah. Khadijah told Muhammad that Allah wanted him to become his prophet.
So Muhammad went and recited some parts of Arabia and started to recruit many
followers. But them in 632, Muhammad passed away, but thankfully, it was only
the beginning of Islam.

EXPANSION
Paragraph:
When Muhammad died, they made Abu Bakr the next leader or “caliph”,
and many other caliphs came after him. And what happened next was a series of
wars in which the Islamic people conquered many places in Europe and Asia.
And thanks to that, Islam became a huge Empire and many people became
Muslims. And another way that Islam spread was by trading. When traders went
to other places, they taught other people from other places about Islam. And what
was good about that was that these trade routes went all over Asia, Europe and
parts of Africa.
