Launchpad provides a full graphical menu structure for simplified CMM

 LK CAMIO Software fully supports the measurement of features and collection

Scanning of point cloud data using LK Scanning Algorithms. Specially designed tools
enable fast creation of DMIS based scanning programs. Results can be text,
graphical or compared directly back to CAD nominal data.

For rapid data collection, continuous scanning with digital touch-trigger probes (i.e. TP20, TP200) is available through
LK’s unique CMM controller capability. Data collection rates of up to 5 points per second (Renishaw TP200 value)
give accurate form indication of geometric features and surfaces to provide a cost effective scanning solution
eliminating the need for expensive analogue probing technology.

For high accuracy and high speed scanning, analogue probing technology provides data collection rates of up to
1,000 points per second with scanning speeds in excess of 12 metres per minute. The option of automatic recovery
from loss of contact with the component or pre-programmed ‘Known’ scan paths ensure optimum probing is
maintained.

Laser stripe scanning probes provide non-contact measurement for both geometric and free-form components.
Collecting up to 23,000 points per second, laser probes are ideal for applications where speed is a requirement
and large point cloud data is needed.
