Hope you are doing well. The plan is to discuss and implement some effective ways of starting a
new business forgetting the attraction of locals and tourist as well. This report contain all the
information about the new project of building an attractive tourist destination in Karachi.

Problem identified:
the problem which I have identified is that the tourist books their hotels in sadder and
they have to travel more to go places like arena club dream world etc and tourist wants
to know about our culture our history.

Suggestions
I want to suggest you to start a new business in Karachi like as there are many tourist comes in
a year so we have to start something that attracts our tourists and as well as local peoples of
Karachi.
So we have to start a business like a something which covers the gaming area for children’s
and youngsters also and there will be food restaurant in sadder Karachi like as there is arena
club but it is away from the city like as many tourist lived in PC hotel, Avari tower so arena is
quit away for them. And in this we will be placing a theatre type room which will help to know
tourist about our history and about our culture.

Action plan

Budget:
The budget we will need is around $15 million. This budget includes all the construction,
labour, raw material, marketing, advertising and promotions cost. The team of 100
people will be looking after the project and will be making appropriate decision.

Marketing plan
We will do our marketing through online websites and through social media and on televisions
also which will be attracting our local peoples and tourist also. In order to achieve all the
suggestions we have to work on it that we can attract the tourists and local people firstly we
have to decide a place which is feasible for all tourist that everyone can reach possibly and in
this same we will start cab business also which also attract more local peoples those who have
no ventures and on weekends we will be giving some discounts and for children’s we will be do
water slides. So we will start a club which covers all the things where people get relief and
enjoy. We will do our marketing through online websites and through social media and on
televisions also which will be attracting our local peoples and tourist also.
