I am a determined person. It is very hard to distract me from something I am set on achieving.

I’m an empath so I can connect with people emotionally that gives me the edge on understanding

and empathy towards the person. I want what I want.

I am lazy and I feel like a lot of the problems I face on a daily basis are psychosomatic in nature

and they kind of disrupt my ability to function normally 

31. Have you ever had any suicidal thoughts?

Yes.

32. Have you ever harmed yourself or attempted suicide?

I was having problems with my mom. My siblings were away. I couldn’t focus on my studies. 

Tried suicide by overdose, self-inflicted injuries, etc. 

33. Do you have any criminal record?  

No. I stole candies from my mother’s drawer and then told her.

34. Are you involved in any kind of drug or alcohol use?

I smoke sometimes when the life stress is too much to bear. Occasionally. Once in a blue moon.

Because it gives me a false sense of control and I know its fleeting and unreal but I just need it

sometimes. 

35. Are you socially active?

Yes. Very, I have a huge amount of acquaintances but a few close friends, I’m an ambivert in

that sense that I like interacting with new people, but I need a lot of me time to recharge and

connect with myself so that other people’s energies don’t have adverse effects on my own. 

36. Can you tell me about your childhood, what was it like growing up?
 37. How do you feel about yourself?

I feel good about the fact that I decided to explore my thoughts and feelings and grow on a

spiritual level. I feel like I know myself better and can deal with life head on.

anxiety, depression, hypertension, hypomania, mood disorders, panic attacks, auditory

hallucinations

I went to a campus counsellor once in college. I took 3 or 4 sessions at max. It wasn’t a great

experience but venting out felt nice. My doc once asked me to get tested for hypertension, but I

never had the chance to undergo the blood tests, so it remained undiagnosed and I’m unsure if I

had it or didn’t.

Auditory hallucinations.

PCOS, blood pressure issues, thyroid problems, migraine, hypertension, low blood sugar levels,

Teacher loved me as I was a good student.

Good with some, not so good with others. Some people were mean, some were nice. I had

friends but I also got bullied.

47. Tell me something about your likes and dislikes in school?

I like math growing up. there is no subject that I did not like. I love philosophy. but I started to

hate math by the end of school era

48. Which kind of subjects caught your attention in school?

Math. It felt like a game. Math is just like playing a game.

49. Did you face any kind of anxiety while speaking in public or among your friends?

Lots. I always get anxiety everytime I have to present even though this is something I have been

doing since school. I have always been in class plays and assembly presentations but still face

anxiety every sungle time I have tio speak in public or present in a class. Its like my body just

wont listen to anything I tell it. It just wants to shiver and sweat and guve me that awkward

speech lisp

50. Were you ever bullied in school?

I got bullied in junior school because of obesity and complexion, in high school because of my

ethnicity. In high school because other girls couldn’t digest the fact that I was Pakistani and kept

asking me why did I speak or understand English if I were Pakistani and kinda made that a point

to blly me by saying I was lying because there were other Pakistani gurls who has been with

them for years and still couldn’t speak English.

51. How did you perform in school academics?

Quite well. Was a position holder till 7th.

 52. Did you have to go through any other academic difficulties?

When I was in class, we moved geographically. After moving, I lost interest in working hard

and stopped achieving positions, but still did well in academics. I wasn’t satisfied with the move

to UK, Manchester and I cried a lot and often because. The study there was so easy that I lost my

interest. I got promoted to the next class, which was quite tough and that’s when I started having

difficulties in math.

your life?

Yes, by my stepfather.

55. How did you find the answers to the queries you had regarding puberty and what

was the age of your puberty?

13. I had a lot of queries related to puberty. I didn’t tell her when I had my periods, I thought I

was dying. I had to tell her what was happening to have her finally tell me. At which point I just

felt annoyed and frustrated because this is something I wasn’t prepared for in any sense.
