Job Title Interns - Sales Development


Executive Summary of the The role of the Interns in Sales Development is to do prospecting to generate
Position sales ready leads and opportunities. He/She will also be responsible to nurture
the leads to make them sales ready.

Job Responsibilities

Tasks/Activities:
Tele-prospecting - Tele-prospecting prospects in the assigned territory and focus area
- Keeping good activity history and to-do task list in LeadSquared
- Nurturing good relationship with prospects
Productivity improvement - Tracking actual work done vs targets
- Document issues hampering productivity
- Follow the specified process defined by LeadSquared
Continual learning and - Make effort and improve customer knowledge, LeadSquared’ s business
improvement knowledge by self- learning, by participating in KYC sessions
- Seek regular feedback from immediate Supervisor
Collaboration and - Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team
communication - Disseminate learning across the team
- Provide correct and update status information.

Skills, Knowledge and Personal Capabilities

Mandatory - Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good Phone
Etiquette
- Flexibility, Teamwork, Target oriented
Preferred - Comfortable with various search engines and IT directories
- Experience in selling a software product
- Tele-prospecting experience
