- 1-2 years’ experience in Outbound Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, leads generation or any
related fields.
- Experience working with multiple products and services especially in IT related field.
Job Description
Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving
problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analysis;
managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.
Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Ensure that Production Delivery is at 100% and does fall below 90% threshold.
