Marketing Executive

I Duties and Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for the assigned vertical/s


- Set appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives
- Must reach the required number of qualified leads
- Must be consistent in lead production
- Carry out other tasks which may be assigned by the Marketing Manager, Sales Manager
and the Management
- Has effective time management skills
- Strong Verbal & Written communication Skills

II REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree or at least 2 years in College.

- 1-2 years’ experience in Outbound Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, leads generation or any
related fields.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.

- Experience working with multiple products and services especially in IT related field.

- Confident and polished phone prospecting skills required.

- Excellent skill in the use of Microsoft programs and email platform.

- Ability to process and organize information quickly

- Flexible and can work under pressure


Operations Manager

Job Description

 Maintains and improves operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving
problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analysis;
managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades.

 Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

 Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance


programs; calling for repairs; evaluating and implementing upgrades.

 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in operations


management; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing
personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional
societies.

 Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 Ensure that Production Delivery is at 100% and does fall below 90% threshold.

 Other functions as necessary.
