1. Determine Competency Standards (SK) and Basic Competencies (KD).
2. Select and determine the learning material according to the basic competencies by
referring to or using learning resources.
3. Designing learning activities using learning methods that have been widely used. Make
learning activities as attractive as possible and can motivate students to be ready to learn.
4. Determine indicators of achievement to make it easier to design the assessment.
5. Compose the assessment by including the techniques used, the form of the instrument,
and give examples of questions.
6. Allocate time for learning activities. Adjust the material that will be provided.
7. Enter the study resource. Learning resources can be in the form of books used, CDs,
cassettes, or websites.
