This manual describes in detail the PT5512 tower crane structure,

installation, operation, maintenance and other users use the necessary

information. Before you use the PT5512 tower crane manufactured by.,

please read this manual carefully. If you are still unclear, please contact

us.

四、Cement foundation

1. Preparation conditions

For the sake of stability of the tower crane, it is required that the size

and weight of the cement foundation under the ground should be at least

equal to those specified in this specification. If the size of the cement

foundation is inconsistent with our suggestion. Please consult our

2. The production of cement foundation

2.1 Rules for the production of reinforced concrete components

Cement and rebar are determined according to technical rules

2.1.1 Cement

Ftj= Cement j days after the tensile strength

Fcj= Cement j days after the compressive strength

Attention : 1. In any case, the compressive strength is measured by the

axial compressive force of the cylinder having a diameter of 200 cm2

twice its diameter (16 cm).

2. The dimensions and properties of the bars and cements described in

this specification are based on the compressive strength values of the

cement at 28 days (j = 28)

3. In the correct production and vibration of the cement:

Fc28=20Mpa,Ft28=1.8Mpa

The reinforced concrete foundation is made up of upper and lower

reinforcing bars, and the upper and lower layers are connected by steel

5. Fixed anchor

The fixed anchor must be symmetrically mounted with the center line of

the concrete foundation,According to the tower size requirements into a

五、Counterweights

1> General description

The counter jib is made up of reinforced concrete blocks, with only one

type of concrete blocks hanging side by side in the counter jib tail.

The counterweight block shall be made in accordance with the drawings

given below, and the external dimensions and functional dimensions of

the counterweight shall be maintained, Especially the position and size of

the suspension hole. Counterweight re-production by the user is

responsible, should avoid the balance in the hoisting and use of the

occurrence of fracture and broken. For the counterweight, the weight is

given and the tolerances are specified. To ensure the weight of the

tolerances, the height of the concrete aggregate can be varied according to

the density of the aggregate used.

After the completion of the production we recommend that the

weight of the concrete block on the side.

2> the production of counterweight

1) A-type counterweight of the production

weight=1700Kg,Concrete density2.35t/m3' Weight tolerance±50kg。

3> The installation of counterweight

The counterweight is made up of several A, B concrete blocks 。 The

counterweight should start from the counter jib (near the side of the

tower). The counterweight should be placed on the triangular support

plate of the counter jib to ensure that the balance weights are locked to

each other.
