To Whom it May Concern:

First, I want to introduce myself. I am Agusti Mutiara Ramadhani, and you can call me Tiara. I
am 19 years old, studying in Diponegoro University, taking Geological Engineering as my major.

During my university, I wasn’t interested in joining any organization, I thought it would take a lot
of time, because I will be very busy when I’ll join the organization, I just wanted to focus on my studies
and get good grades in my classes. Until my friends asked me “Why am I not joining any organization,
because it would be very helpful for me in the future when I want to apply for a job.” and I still thought
that ”Okay that will be very helpful for me in the future but even if I join the organization I will not do
anything or have a great or big impact for the others” and I kept thinking that way every time my friends
asked me about that.

Until I knew about one of AIESEC’s project, Global Volunteer, and I decided to join that project.
I chose education during my project I thought that I found an organization which does not just only make
a lot of fun activities, but they also make them with a very good purpose. I realized that if I am joining
this project, I am not the only one who will benefit from it, but I can also have an impact on others and
people all over the world.

This organization, called AIESEC provides young people who wants to commit in the society for
the better future, as a person, I like to talk and socialize more with new people, I like to develop my
English skills, I like to develop my leadership, I like to learn more different cultures around the world
which made me realized that this world too amazing and valuable to be destroy with racism or just
because we have a lot of cultural misunderstandings, I like to spread love and make people realize that we
can live peacefully with our cultural differences. Let me continue my experience, let me help people
around the world, and let me show the people about the power that kindness holds in this movement.

So, with this letter, I decided to apply as an International Operation Staff department, AIESEC in
Doponegoro University 2019/2020. With all the intention that I have, I will be fully committed to this
Organization that will help me become a better person. I will spread love, kindness, peace and make a
good impact for the people around me, the people around the world
