According to our opinion Cluster 3 solution is better than the Cluster 4 solution because of the
following reasons:
1. In the Cluster 3 solution, values are more close to the cluster centre as compared to the
Cluster 4 solution which indicates a better performance.
2. In Cluster 3 we have few segmentation, thus convenient to develop a strategy to cater for
customers of various categories.
