Dear Maam/Sir;

Greetings!

Let it be known that Cepedoza Construction & Surveying Office was issued with
Survey Authority No. 2598 dated 9/5/2019 by DENR-CENRO, Talibon, Bohol our lot #
1214 CAD 1026-D located at Dait Norte, Buenavista, Bohol.

Furthermore, the subject survey including its survey returns and other supporting
documents were not submitted to DENR-R7, Banilad, Cebu City due to some technical
deficiencies and lacking documents as of date.

That the owners of the said lot decided to stop the processing/submittal to DENR-
7 for the reason that they avail the Subdivision Survey of the DENR-CENRO Talibon.

Hence this Surveying Office will not object the decision of the lot owners.

Issued this 25th day of February 2021.
