CONDITION OF SALE
Should you require any alteration on the specification, we reserve the right to
impose extra charges. The price and delivery time is subject to our final
confirmation.

2.0 TERMS OF PAYMENT

20% non refundable Down Payment by Telegraphic Transfer after receiving of
Purchase Order.

80% Balance payment by Irrevocable, Sight Letter of Credit

to be opened not letter than 1 month from down payment date. For delay of LC
issuing date, delivery time should be re-negotiated.

3.0 DELIVERY
Standard Delivery time: 6 months CIF Jakarta after receipt of Down Payment, a
workable LC and clarification of all technical aspects.

4.0 WARRANTY
Twelve (12) months from date of commissioning or
Eighteen (18) months after shipment date, whichever occurs first.

5.0 VALIDITY
This offer is valid until end of December 2015
