I will be presenting a paper entitled “Teaching and Learning During the Pandemic: Experiences
of ASEAN Teachers and Students.” This conference is organized by ASEAN Korea Centre and
Korea Education Research Information Service (KERIS) which will be held at Fraser Place Central,
Seoul South Korea on November 14, 2020. It will be live-streamed via ASEAN-KOREA CENTRE
YouTube Channel and via zoom.

For my presentation to be interactive, I plan to integrate snippets of video interviews. I would

like to request you to be one of my interviewees and share your teaching-learning experiences
during the pandemic.

Should you accept my request, may I also ask your written consent allowing me to use the
recorded video in my presentation? Rest assured that this will be treated with utmost
confidentiality and will only be used according to the purpose stated herein.

1. Permission to use my interview statements, quotes, photograph, audio/video recording in

part or in whole, in any conferences/ workshops presentation, in any journal article developed
as a result of this conference or workshop, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and
other print media, on television, radio and internet for research and educational purposes.

2. I understand that my participation is voluntary and without expectation of compensation or

remuneration, now or in the future.
