SUBJECT : Amendment to the Specifications of Authority on Human Resource Matters

Attached is an amendment to the Specifications of Authority on Human Resource matters specifically


on Travel Authority and Application for Leave of Absence (ALA) for 50 % monetization. This
amendment is issued to ease the volume of documents being signed by the Administrator.

Below is a matrix containing the changes to the specs of authority compared with the existing specs.

Matters specifically on Travel Authority and 50% monetization. This amendment aims to
ease the volume of documents being signed by the Administrator.

For a list of changes to the specs of authority, please refer to the matrix in the attached
recommending memorandum addressed to the Administrator.

Please sign on the recommending memorandum and affix your initials below the name of the
Administrator on page three (3) of the amendment.
