Sample computation of FOL

• 153 Kms from

Calamba (sample
point of origin) to
Clark Freeport
Zone
Sample computation of FOL
• Average Truck has a mileage of 6-12 miles per gallon
or 2-5 kilometers per liter
=153 kms / 5kpl = 31 liters one way
=62 liters (roundtrip)
Recommendations
1. It would be cost beneficial if the military truck will be coming
from the Northern Luzon Command since the endpoint is Clark
airport (Region 3)

2. It is suggested that DSWD identify the Warehouse to pool the

materials/supplies/donated items for common pick up point

3. It is suggested that the weight and dimensions of items be

included in the declaration form for the logistics cluster and
carrier to maximize all cargoes
