chair a debriefing meeting, prepared on the grounds of the information
collected from the Operation logbooks, DCS record, enquiry, etc..

In case of FIRE
Any person who discovers a Fire, must:
Notify personnel in the immediate area for evacuation to a safe location;
Alert the Control Room, from the nearest telephone box;
An Alert message should specify the kind of information to give to the Operator
in such case (name, tel. N°, location, and detail on the fire).
If the fire is small, fight the fire with a fire extinguisher.
Be sure you are using the proper extinguisher for the type of fire, by reading the
instruction on the extinguisher.
If the fire is large, very smoky or rapid-spreading, evacuate the area
immediately to the nearest Assembly Area, using the nearest exit door or stairwell.
