Learning Feedback No. 18

Today, we had a productive day as we have accomplished the necessary forms that

should be filled up such as the Doctor’s Order, Kardex, Vital Signs Sheet, etc. We also plotted

points on a TPR sheet, which is very new to us as it is our first time to do this.

I have learned a lot even though we always do these activities repeatedly. I give my best

to improve my output and correct my common errors for my past duties. We manifest and

practice what we have learned from our past RLE duties, which helps us to recall and master

these specific tasks. It’s a great day and opportunity for me as I learned new things that will help

me to be more equipped.

I have a slow internet connection due to bad weather. Thus, I cannot attach my works

easily. Over-all, I don’t have a big problem since our CI articulated well his feedback about our

submitted output. Clarifications and questions were clearly answered. Therefore, I do not have

any recommendations or suggestions.
