Evidence: Daily routines / Evidencia: Rutinas diarias

Based on Sara Anderson’s audio that you can find at the Contextualization on the
training material, please record a new file about your daily routine. Include at least
15 different activities. Use the hours of the day, the days of the week, the months of
the year and the prepositions of time you studied in this learning activity. /
Basándose en el audio de Sara Anderson que se encuentra en la
Contextualización del material de formación, grabe un archivo de audio acerca de
su rutina diaria. Incluya al menos 15 actividades diferentes. Utilice las horas del día,

My Daily routines. Mi rutina diaria de lunes a viernes en Ingles.

Good morning. My name´s Leyder Contreras Contreras. I am a technician in environmental

management.
I wake up at four o'clock every morning.
I press the snooze button two times every morning before I turn off the alarm and get up.
At five past four I make the bed.
At ten past four I Brush my teeth,I take a shower,I shave my beard,
At fifteen past four I get dressed, and I combs my hair.
At twenty past four,I have a cup of coffee and make breakfast.
I usually read the newspaper while I have breakfast.

I go to work in my motorcicle.
I get to work at seven o'clock.

When I am in the office you probably have a lot of papers.

When I work I have to make telephone calls.
Once a month I report to my boss, but maybe I have to report to my boss more often.
I usually write a document that my boss can read.
At one o'clock P.M. most days I have lunch.
I buy lunch at a restaurant near work.
At six o'clock, After I have finished work, I go home to cook dinner. In my house I usually make
dinner. The family eat dinner together at seven thirty.

After dinner I make sure that my children do their homework, and then I chill out on the sofa
and watch television.
On television I usually watch the News. My wife usually comes to tell me to take the rubbish
out,
or wash the dishes.
If I am sick I have to take my medication, but then I get into my pyjamas and set the alarm so
I wake up in the morning.

The last things I do is lock the door, turn off the lights, and go to bed.

Mi rutina diaria de Lunes a viernes en Español.

Buenos días. Mi nombre es Leyder Contreras Contreras. Soy técnico en manejo ambiental.
Me levanto a las cuatro de la mañana.
Pulso el botón de repetición dos veces cada mañana antes de apagar la alarma y me levanto.
A las cuatro y cinco hago la cama.
A las cuatro y diez me lavo los dientes, me ducho, me afeito la barba,
A las cuatro y cuarto me visto, y yo me peino el cabello.
A las cuatro y veinte tengo una taza de café y preparo el desayuno.
Yo suelo leer el periódico mientras tomo el desayuno.
Voy a trabajar en mi motocicleta.
Llego a trabajar a las siete en punto.
Cuando estoy en la oficina es probable que tenga un montón de papeles.
Cuando trabajo tengo que hacer llamadas telefónicas.

Una vez al mes hago informes a mi jefe, pero tal vez tenga que informar a mi jefe con más
frecuencia.
Suelo escribir un documento que mi jefe puede leer.

A la 1:00 en punto la mayoría de los días almuerzo.

Compro el almuerzo en un restaurante cerca del trabajo.

A las seis en punto, después de que haya terminado el trabajo, me voy a casa a preparar la
cena. En mi casa por lo general preparo la cena.
La familia cenamos juntos a las siete y media.
Después de la cena me aseguro de que mis hijos hagan sus tareas, y luego relajarme en el
sofá
y ver la televisión.
En la televisión suelo ver las noticias. Mi esposa por lo general viene a decirme que saque la
basura, o lave los platos.

Si estoy enfermo tengo que tomar mi medicamento, pero luego me meto en mi pijama y
establecer el modo de alarma para despertarme en la mañana.
Las últimas cosas que hago es cerrar la puerta, apagar las luces, e ir a la cama.
