1. I am a student at Palangka Raya University. On Monday to Friday I wake up at 6 am

every morning. After wake up am pray to God and check my phone. After that I clean
the kitchen, wash the dishes , sweep the floor,open the windows and the doors and put
my dog into his cage and also take s shower. At 7.30 am I have a zoom meeting until 10
am. After zoom meeting I cook and eat. At 12 am I sleep until 1 pm and get ready to have
zoom meeting again at 1.30 pm. The second zoom meeting lasts until 4 pm. After that I
take a shower and have some snacks. At the evening, I do my assignment until it’s done,
check my phone, have some snacks again, watch youtube and talks with my family. Last ,
at around 10 or 11 pm I go to the bed and sleep.

6. Hi everyone! How are you? My name is Tracy and Now I am gonna show you how to
make Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients that we need are :

- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate

- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons cornstrach
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 ½ cups whole or 2% milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Equipment that we need are :
- Cutting board
- Sharp serrated knife
- Large heatproof bowl
- Whisk
- 3-quart (or larger) cooking pot
- 2-quart storage container
- Plastic wrap pr wax paper
So here’s the steps how to make chocolate pudding
Fisrt steps, chop the chocolate : use a serrated knife to chop the chocolate into fine
flakes. Set aside
Second steps , make a slurry : in a large heatproof bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder
,cornstrach and salt. Slowly whisk in the cream ,at about 3 minutes , until you have a
smooth mixture
Third steps, whisk in the eggs : whisk the eggs into the cream and cornstrach mixture at
about 2 minutes
Fourth steps, combine the milk and sugar : pur the milk into a 3-quart (or larger)
saucepan. Add the sugar and warm over medium heat, stirring frequently at about a
minute, until the sugar is dissolved
Fifth steps, bring the milk to a simmer : bring to a light simmer over medium heat.
Watch for he surface of the milk to vibate and for bubbles to form around edges of the
pot
Sixth steps, temper the eggs mixture : pour most of the hot milk into the bowl of cream
and egg yolks. Whisk until well-combined, at about a minute, and them pour everything
back into the pot
Seventh steps : bring the pudding to a full boil : warm the combined pudding mixtue over
medium-high heat, strring frequenly , until is comes to a full boil. It will take about 5
minutea. At this point , the pudding will look much thicker
Eighth steps, cook the pudding for 2 minute : after the pudding starts boiling , cook for 2
minute , whisking constanly and vigorously . Get your whisk into all corner of the pot
Ninth steps, flavor the pudding : after 2 minutes , remove the pudding from the heat and
stir in the vanilla. Then add the chopped chocolate and let stir for 1 to 2 minutes or until
melted. Whisk vigorously until the chocolate is fully incorporated
And last steps , chill the pudding : spread the pudding in a storage container and press
plastic wrap or wax paper direcly onto the surface of the pudding . cover with a lid and
chill. Best eaten within 3 days
