TALLER PARA EL PRIMER CORTE DEL SEGUNDO PERIODO 2021

El taller se descarga de la plataforma, se desarrolla con las explicaciones del docente durante las clases; antes de
enviarlo se debe verificar que esté completamente resuelto; se sube a la plataforma en la fecha estipulada para ser
evaluado.
VALOR: 20 PUNTOS
TEMAS: Past Simple and Past Continuous, Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous, Countable and
Uncountable nouns, There is and There are.
OBJETIVO: Reconocer la estructura gramatical de los tiempos simples, continuos y perfectos además de lo que se
puede y no se puede contar en nuestra vida cotidiana.

1. Utilice recursos como mensajería interna y videoconferencia para resolver dudas.
2. Lea detenidamente cada una de las instrucciones de cada punto y luego responda. No copie y pegue de Internet.
3. Elabore el taller en este documento Word respondiendo siempre en inglés. No entregue hojas adicionales, solo
entregará un archivo
ACTIVIDADES:

1. Using the past and past continuous, write your own biography with pictograms.

2. Look at the pictures and make sentences using the verbs in brackets in Present Perfect and Present Perfect
Continuous.

3. Look at the picture. Write a typical recipe in your family (ingredients and method) using countable and uncountable
nouns. Then, make a short video explaining the recipe and send it by the platform when I’ll teach you this topic in class
and receive the instructions for making the video.

lemon dessert with ducals

ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 320g of condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package of ducal cookies

utensils:
- blender
- spatula or spoon
- mold
- 1 cup

preparation:
- we squeeze the lemon into the cup until it reaches half, we put the condensed
milk in the blender with 1 cup of milk cream and the lemon juice, it is liquefied.
We take the mold and we put 1 layer of ducals or cookies of your choice, with the
help of the spatula we toss the mixture from the blender until it covers the
cookies and we make several layers until the mixture is finished, the finished mix
cover the container with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge, let it rest for 2
hours.
After that time we split it in equal parts and it can be served and enjoyed.

4. Now, look your fridge and describe it using the 10 sentences with there is/there isn’t, there are/there aren’t +some/any.

E.g., There is an egg/ there are some eggs or there isn't any cheese/ there aren't any cheeses.

Then, using these quantifiers, choose 10 and write the sentences per each one.
