REFLECTION PAPER

Everyone has a goal, and this is something we want to achieve. We are doing our
best  today so we can reach what our dreams are. I believe if people have determination
and patience, they will achieve their goals in life. I’ve learned that we should take one at
a time. We can’t achieve what we want just because we graduated or just because we
have work. It takes a process, rejections and trials, what we need to do is to learn from
those mistakes and will grow more as a better person. I believe that if we have goals in
life we have motivation to strive harder every single day. On the other hand, we should
always prioritize our well being. Live well and don’t just exist. Being mindful is also so
important, especially on our health. I’ve learned that we should be mindful and have
discipline on the foods that we eat. Discipline is essential so we can manage and control
with the things that we do. If people are discipline enough to take care of their body, I’m
sure that they will achieve good health

. I always believe in the saying that health is wealth because we can’t function
effectively if we are not healthy. That’s why it’s important to take care of ourselves so we
can’t easily get any diseases. In health, prevention is better than cure. We don’t want to
get any health problems. That's why avoiding unhealthy lifestyles can prevent the
possible complications that we may get if we continue to do our unhealthy habits. I’ve
realized that having negative emotions can affect our health. That’s why we should
always detoxify our negative emotions because it can only cause us harm to ourselves
and to others. Always think on the beautiful side, and just let go your hatred, greed,
insecurities or any negative emotions that you have. It can’t help you to grow and can
only damage your health.
Moreover, I’ve also learned the 7 doctors which consist of air, water, sun,
laughter, regular exercise, regular diet and sleep. So these 7 doctors of life are needed to
consider if we want to have good health. Honestly, I’m not really get enough sleep
everyday and I know the fact that it will affect me anytime. That’s why through these 7
doctors, I’ve realized the importance of these things. People should know these 7 doctors
so they can also be mindful of their unhealthy habits and will change it for good. Even
though we are experiencing problems in life we shouldn’t forget that we have God who
always guides us and protects us in everything that we do. However, if you know
someone who is struggling, be their shoulders to cry on. Just listen and understand their
situation. Give them words of God and even motivational quotes. Always remember that
in anything that we do always offer it to God.

Reflection Paper

It’s a big goal, but it can also seem like a vague one. In the spirit of reflection we want to
take a moment and consider what mindful living means to us. As a concept, mindfulness
has become quite popular in recent years. And as it’s grown in popularity, its definition
has become blurry. In talking with our friends and family, we found that “mindful living”
means something different to everyone. There were a few common threads, though, and
these have contributed to our definition.

It is about taking moments throughout the day to be fully present with our environment
and everything within it. It is about being aware of our individual impact and
acknowledging the ripples of each step we take.It is about appreciating what is around us,
including the wondrous and serendipitous moments that brought us into the
world.Mindfulness is about reflection. It’s about appreciating how the past informs the
future. It’s thinking about what we hope to get from our brief lives on earth and what we
hope to give back to the forces that brought us here.Finally, it is about action: the steps
we take to be present, to internalize our awareness, to voice our appreciation, and to
embrace our reflections. Actions are the manifestations of our intentions. We cannot
always choose what the world brings to us, but we can always choose how we act in
response to it.

Reflection Paper:

Our lesson is all about how we live well , and be a peaceful one when it comes to our
health. especially in our physical and emotional health. It teach us on what we are
doing right every day and what we should eat , drink and do everyday.

As a students , daughter , sister I would apply it to my love ones , and it would help
them too be healthy no matter what. And for being a future teacher , it's have a big help
to my self to care about my physical and mental health , to be a mindful teacher and
flexible as well.

In my reflection what is Goal.

Goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision,
plan and commit to achieve.

My goal I want to finish my study so that if I graduate ,I can have a good job and I can
give my kids a good future.

In my reflection in this proverbs Philippians 4:8 KJV

If you truly believe that you can achieve something, you will have a way to do it ,if we
convince ourselves to believe something, then assuming it can work hard enough,
because the achievement is inevitable.

In 1 John 1:9 in this proverbs, the mind is the starting point for behavior, when the evil
one wants to entice a person to sin, it starts in the mind, he speaks lies and condemnation
until he gets the emotional response that she is looking for .Then he whisper suggestions
of ways to calm the emotion that would cause the person to disobey God in some way,
Instead you doing bad things or negativity just feed your mind with good things positive
things, Godly things and always think that Christ be present in God .

In Mathew 11:We are now sufferings and pains .This is why following the Lord means
taking one's yoke and expecting that life will be burdensome but there will be rest.The
Lord will give us rest ,so we can carry on with life.

In prayer When we pray, we are to present our request with thankfulness,if he answers us
in exactly the way we hope and gives us what we desire and pray for ,we thank him, if he
answers us in a different,but right way ,we thank him because we trust him and know that
he knows better than we do of what is good for us. The Seven Natural Doctors serving us
daily and helping us to live a long and healthy life.
The Seven Natural Doctors are air, water, sunshine, laughter, sleep, regular exercise and
regular diet.

we learn that air is make up of oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and rare gases.

We tend to forget the toxic gases and dust we breathe in every day.

We have no choice but breathe in the air from the environment we live and work. A good
environment and surrounding to live is critical to our health.

Drinking plenty of clean water the moment we wake up every morning is essential to

keep us healthy and energetic. The importance of drinking about two liter of water daily

is a very good habit to form.

Getting regular sunshine not only helps us to feel happy but also essential for our immune
system

to function well and provides Vitamin D to keep us healthy.

If you can laugh and smile most of the time, it shows clearly you are enjoying your life.

Each of us requires seven to eight hours of good sleep daily to live a healthy life. This
habit of getting enough sleep is important if you aspire to live a long and healthy life.

With regular exercise, the body is supplied with plenty of oxygen to enhance our immune
system and strengthening the muscles of the body.

Reflection paper

My reflection on the topic we must have a set goal in life. For we know the direction we
are going to the finish line of the dream we want to achieve, for my goal I want to finish
my study so that if I graduated I can have a good job for my family. Philippians 4:8 KJV
it tells us if you truly believe that you can achieve something, you will have a way to do
it ,if we convince ourselves to believe. I was inspired to move on in life despite many
trials, that even now pandemic is full of problems in life, but believe in God that there
will also be light the dark life. Just trust that there is a god who is willing to listen to
those who go through it. When you trust God, nothing is impossible that everything you
want will happen in God's will. In life when we feel sad let's not be afraid to ask God and
tell him all the problems you feel. I also realized that we must be disciplined in the foods
we eat so that we can also be healthy living, we cannot reach the goal if we are not
healthy we must also take care of our health. We must always remember the seven
doctors who can help a lot for our health. For those who experience depression as a
friend/ student/ classmate we can help we share inspirational quotes that will help you.
let's make them feel that they are not alone and that there is a god who is ready to help
them. just trust, pray because nothing is impossible as long as you are close to God.
because God is just waiting for us to talk to him, he is ready to help us with the problems
we are going through. Always remember that there is a god who is always there to
forgive us, help us with our problems, sadness in life. God is The person who will not
judge you will embrace you when you feel you are not alone. We always remember God's
promise in the bible verse this. “come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I
will give you rest. - Matthew 11:28

Bible verse it tells us to come to God when you’re weary. When you’re tired and life is
hard, go to God. Tell Him how you feel and ask His wisdom in dealing with other people.
in those situations where you don’t feel like you can go on, take heart. God hasn’t left
you alone or helpless. He’s given you the Holy Spirit to be your comforter. Just lean on
His help and ability to help you through tough times. God wants to give you rest. if things
have been hard and more than you feel like you can handle, be encouraged. God wants to
give you the peace and rest that you need. So lean on God. Let God’s peace flood into
your heart. Know that God hasn’t left you to face difficulty alone. Go to Him and get the
help you need.
