Effects of Classroom

Management to
Learning
We all know that Classroom Management is when a teacher exhibits
complete control over their classroom through a series of strategies and
techniques that encourage positive student behaviour. The practice of effective
classroom management turns your classroom into the optimum learning
environment for students to engage with their studies and work to the best of
their ability. I always believe that teachers should have a set of rules and
regulations to be able the students behave appropriately. Having classroom
management is essential for every teacher knowing that it makes the
classroom disciplined and organized. If the teacher won’t have any
expectations and plans for every day of teaching it surely creates chaos. That’s
why having classroom management will not only benefit the students but also
it will benefit the teacher and the school. It results as a positive outcome and
effective learning if the teacher knows how to handle a classroom. I also
believe that implementing or practicing effective classroom management will
take time and effort considering the students’ abilities, preferred teaching
styles and different attitudes. That’s why teachers must have dedication and
pure heart when it comes to teaching. Because we know that it’s not always
about how you speak and teach the lesson but it’s how we impart knowledge
and develop their character.
